iPaidThis is an information service. The prices, ranges, medians, guides and comparisons on this site are for general information only. They are not veterinary, dental, medical, building, legal, financial or any other kind of professional advice, and must not be relied on as such. Always speak to a suitably qualified professional before making a decision, and always get your own written quote for your own situation.

The numbers are crowd-sourced and indicative

Most figures here are submitted by members of the public or gathered from publicly available sources. We do not, and cannot, verify every price. Prices depend heavily on your location, the provider, the exact work involved and the date. A figure on this site is not a quote, an offer, or a guarantee of what you will pay. Advertised or "list" prices are not the same as what anyone actually paid. Treat everything here as a rough signal to sense-check your own quote, nothing more.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the information is accurate, complete, current or fit for any purpose, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Your submissions

When you submit a price you confirm it is genuine, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and yours to share. Do not submit false, misleading, offensive, defamatory or promotional content, and do not include personal data about anyone else, the name of a specific business or person, links, phone numbers or email addresses. We review submissions before publishing and may edit, reject or remove anything at our discretion. By submitting, you grant us permission to publish the anonymous price and notes as part of the dataset.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no automated scraping or bulk collection without our written permission, no attempts to break, overload or interfere with the site, and no unlawful use. We may withdraw access from anyone who does.

Third-party links and sources

Where we link to a source or another site, we are not responsible for its content, accuracy or availability. A link is not an endorsement.

Intellectual property

The site design, text and the compiled dataset belong to iPaidThis. You may quote individual figures with a link back to the relevant page. You may not copy the dataset wholesale or republish it as your own.

We may update the site and these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, so far as the law allows.
